NOT A 5 STAR REVIEW!!! I posted my review with one star, but as it was negative it went straight to the bottom of the pile so no one can see it so I have done 5 stars to get it nearer the top so you can all see and read this. So, here are some of the pictures for you to all see.. obviously most people can’t see under their car very well but here’s what I can see.. a job paid for nearly 3000 and not sorted.. told me warranty now expired so chargeable if want any more work done on it, make your own conclusions. Good job or Bad job?? Save your money and go elsewhere! Save thousands of pounds, I wish I had. Give them a wide berth.

Credit where credit is due! At little background. I usually get my all work done by Audi dealerships. In August 2019 I took an informed punt (based on other reviews) and had my cam belt, water pump and front brakes changed here. Happy with the work in September I also had an interim service and MOT done. That's over 1000 spent in total - but still roughly 70% cheaper than the Audi garage quotes I received. Now it's October 2020, like most people thanks to Covid-19, the car's hardly been driven since March but this time it was just more convenient to get my car serviced and MOT'd by Audi Bristol. However, the technician discovers a small coolant leak, 'likely' to be a faulty water pump and I was staring down a 750 bill to get that sorted as it involves removing and replacing the cam belt to get access to it! Technically out of the 12 month warranty, but I asked PCS Autocentre if they could help me out. After initially quoting nearly 500 to also do the same work, to their immense credit PCS Autocentre said they'd take a look and if it was the correct diagnosis, then do the work for *free*. This was indeed the case and cam belt and water pump has been replaced. Thank you PCS Autocentre for your gracious good will gesture, I will definitely be putting any future work your way as soon as I'm back working in Cheltenham!

Incredible service from George. Had my Q5 dropped off there after being laid up in the audi dealer for three weeks as they wouldn't honour my gearbox warranty claim. The fault was quickly diagnosed as requiring a mechatronik and burnt out clutches (not the entire gearbox that audi wanted to replace for 8300 !). I also asked to have a major service done at the same time too. Collected the car three days later just as George promised. Great value and saved me a fortune.

Ok, so it's a garage and they do garagey things and mend cars, but if you're looking for really good quality service where they know what they're talking about, then this is the place to go. These are guys you can trust. They even logged my service on my BMW service history when Cotswold BMW told me that only they could do it. This makes me happy.
